Audio Credits Overview
We recently introduced new subscription plans to simplify your options, and provide more capability at lower prices. As part of that change, we introduced the concept of Audio Credits.
What are they and how can I use them?
Audio credits are pre-paid credits you can add on to your Fuze Pro package. This add-on automatically enables the following features as part of your meetings:
1) US Toll-Free Audio – This enables US attendees to dial into a toll-free number for your meeting.
2) International Dial-In Access – This enables attendees from around the world to use local access numbers to join your meeting.
3) Call-Me – One of our favorite features. Call-Me enables a meeting guest to enter their phone number and have Fuze dial them into meeting audio. This is especially helpful should you, or your meeting attendees, find themselves in a remote area with a bad wifi connection, making internet calling difficult.
When any of the options above are used in a meeting, we automatically debit your audio credits. You can find more information on our rates on this page.
Where can I purchase them?
Audio credits can be purchased in your “My Accounts” page. Additionally, when your balance falls below $6, we will notify you in the Fuze app via a notification – the notification will also include a link to the My Accounts page as well.
